Passion and Portland

The highlight of today, besides a sun rising in about 20 minutes, setting a clean sky into fire (see below the picture for a snapshot of yesterday’s evening sky, seen from within the train), besides this natural beauty the highlight today is a fellow blog. Welcome to the Beauty Source, the blog of a shop in Portland, and today’s feature is the passion of a Swiss guy. Read the interview here on the Beauty Source Blog by FEZ….And find out what to do if searching the perfect scent…

The shop actually is more than a shop. It is a spa and boutique, a temple, and I am proud to provide some smoking incense, and I can’t wait to see my l’air du désert marocain on FEZ shelves soon!
A beautiful day today!

It is end of January and I can feel it: Spring is coming, to warm our blood, make us sing and dance again, and dream of summer bloom…. the joy of anticipation of all good things that are coming our way this year.

Andy, I couldn’t get the links in your blog entry to work! Is it me?

  4. Andy Says:

Thank you Kelley for telling me!It for sure was not you!!!!!! it was lazy Andy who thinks he does not need controlling his links anymore….
Dear Chayaruchama, thank you… the colours were spectacular, like you would imagine seeing things fully loaded with drugs…at least I imagine that one would see things like that.
Dear Jeff , yes, they are great and I would not know what to do without them!

    Hi Andy,
Just wanted to let you know your Incense Rose sample came in yesterday and I’ve given it a full wearing today!
Quite something you’ve made here. The opening is spicy and bright on me, after which I get floral notes and a very prominent myrrh in the drydown. It becomes softer and softer until it hits the woody, balsamic base. Really a pleasant, full and comfortable fragrance. Well done! Thanks for giving us the chance to try it.

    Dear Guus
Thank you very much for letting me/us know! Thus, it took 3 days. That’s not so bad. Fascinating you get the myrrh that strongly. On me the myrrh is not that prominent. I am glad you enjoy the experience. Maybe you want to spare a little bit of the sample for hot days…Fragrant greetings to you
