op - style
Today, it is my pleasure to share with you another catalog that my tauer limited liability company got.
Clinic-dress and op - style! I guess the folks that sent me the catalog did not full understand what I do, but the more I look at some of the shirts, the more I like them. If shirts make you a doctor….
Ever wondered where they get the white shiny doctor and nurse look from? Want a nice clean green op dress? For sure, not every one has one. You can get it here.
Enjoy!
Picture: OP - STYLE catalog. or: How to enter surgery room dynamically and nicely dressed. Love it!

Hi Andy, too funny. Perhaps you could start wearing these when you create your perfumes and become known as the “Perfume Doctor”! :) Be sure to have those handy life-sized recycle trash bags near you when doing so for the full effect! Have a great Friday all!

The first perfume doctor of the world!hahaha! That’s a good one! Now..I really don’t know what part of the name Tauer Perfumes made them think you had anything to do with surgery..
Have a great weekend everybody!

Please, Silvia, tell them, when ordering, that you got the hint from me… maybe I get one shirt for free then
January 22nd, 2010 at 1:03 pm
Dear Dr. A, I simply could not write following:
I consider that you perfumes really render long psychotherapeutic effect, and in a combination to your photos and to yours blog, this action becomes amazing, and I have excellent mood in a current of all day:-)
January 22nd, 2010 at 1:40 pm
Thank you,Vladimir! reading my blog with all the comments is a daily pampering for me, too…
January 22nd, 2010 at 2:27 pm
So, it looks like a stylish outfit is what you need to make a carrier. As a perfumer or a docter - that doesn’t really matter if you have the right shirt, right? So, Andy, what do you want to be? A surgeon of fragrances? A psychoanalyst of a floral soul? A neurosurgeon of Haute Parfumerie? :o)

AromaX, today, today I feel like an anesthetist, having sniffed his drugs… tired …need air…;-)
January 22nd, 2010 at 3:25 pm
I work in a hospital, and let me tell you something: those are absolutley unflattering for women and good looking in men. They make them look thinner (hides their stomaches), taller and makes their shoulders look wider.
Really. Sometimes I see a male coworker outside and I just can’t believe how they look in civilian clothes.
January 22nd, 2010 at 3:30 pm
Oh, Quimerula
you don’t believe it: I talked to the W.-factor this morning, telling him that I want such a shirt, because it would be thrilling to walk around like a dr. and because they make me look thiner and cooler. I guess I was right!
But it is not fair that the same is not true for women’s shirt…
January 22nd, 2010 at 3:40 pm
I think you need a promotional photograph, wearing this outfit and listening with your stethoscope to a bottle of perfume. The caption? “Andy always finds the right heart notes for his perfumes”. Or maybe, “10ccs of olibanum, stat!”
January 22nd, 2010 at 3:52 pm
Dear Vasily
I will talk to my branding guru. We just defined the Tauer brand claim and unfortunately we did not consider your idea. Love it! ;-)
“nurse, we need some spritzes here!”
January 22nd, 2010 at 4:46 pm
YT can`t come NEAR this look - very bad memories :-(!! HOWEVER, either an Indian or Morracan tunic w/flowing pants would be fine - I`d look like the exchange student/teacher in Dr. Tauer`s classroom! :-) Also would be wearing BOTH of Andy`s Desert scents - one for each wrist! Alright, you asked for this one - song for this post is Dr, Hook and the Medicine Show`s “(On the) Cover of the Rolling Stone“!! Also, I will ask a question once more - do the posts re: the head perfumers` article (in Le Monde), where they are being upset enough to take a stand for the art/craft of scent, have you thinking that maybe there is hope for less restrictions/rescending laws from the IFRA??
January 22nd, 2010 at 4:48 pm
Vasily - LOL!!! :-) :-)
January 22nd, 2010 at 5:03 pm
ANDY & ALL - OFF TO THE SCENTED SALAMANDER`S BLOG FOR AN INTERVIEW W/ STEPHEN WELLER OF THE IFRA!!! FEEDBACK, PLEASE!! :-)
January 22nd, 2010 at 6:10 pm
Ah, the Clinique effect: just put on a lab coat and — hey presto! — you’re an expert! I heartily agree with Vladimir above as to the psychotherapeutic effects of your “medicines”… “Now just take two spritzes of L’Air and call me in the morning.”
January 23rd, 2010 at 12:25 am
Andy, please consider buying the deep blue one!
They are not also flattering, but really, really handy.
Easy to clean, you will protect your normal clothes from damage and they will put you in “work mode” in a Pawlovian way (really, as soon as I put my green pj on I am on “24h duty” mode).
New work attire for you: deep blue shirt, jeans and a comfy pair of crocks (R).
January 23rd, 2010 at 1:47 pm
Hahaha, I want that outfit! My lifelong dream of looking like a loser would come true ;P Haha, jk jk
January 24th, 2010 at 2:06 pm
ahaha! they can ad/sell anything! how could he look so full of fun in the green gear?? it makes you laugh to see such crap but actually so waste of paper, trees n energy n money ! ahhhhh
January 24th, 2010 at 2:39 pm
Hi Dr. Andy, when I pop by to see if you have updated your post for the day and keep seeing that guy in the green scrubs, and I have to chuckle. He’s just so goofy! Hope you and everyone else has a great Sunday! Linda will check out SS interview next…
January 24th, 2010 at 5:52 pm
Gereetings from a very gris weekend in the Atl! Methinks the SS interview is that he justifys the actions w/out really answering the questions! Song : “Canary in a Coalmine“by The Police!! :-)

Greetings from Hong Kong, Dear Andy(or Dr. A)!
This is Howard of LA. I’m traveling for the upcoming Chinese New Year celebration, which coincides with Valentine’s this year, and trading favorites with the local perfume lovers(all are still waiting for your Hyacinth and a Mechanic to make it across the Pacific). Feel free to drop by and enlighten us with the timely introduction of your perfume oeuvres in 2010, or the Year of the Tauer(Tiger:)
Glad to hear your readers are offering quick and easy fixes to our most “weighty” New Year resolution after every attempt to shed the fat failed. Not everyone is as svelte looking as you! I’m already wearing my scrubs to bed in lieu of PJs and I just might walk out the door with them henceforth if it makes me appear taller, thinner with broader shoulder/chest(not to mention smarter, like a brain surgeon).
Do find time to visit LA this year as we missed you at luckyscent and your annual perfume launches.
Best,
Howard

Love the catalog! The mass mailers think I am an African-American woman, a gay man, a working mother, and a young male sports betting enthusiast and ladies man. I am none of the above, but I get a kick out of some of the things I get.
I enjoyed reading your posts for the week - lots going on!
January 25th, 2010 at 7:23 am
Greetings to you , dear Howard, and a big fragrant hug! I hope you will be back from your travels in April. I will visit LA April 17th. That’s the plan right now and I am soooooo excited. I can’t wait to hit that spot on planet earth again. I hope your travels in China bring you a lot of pleasure and that the New Year celebration will be peaceful. Enjoy!
January 25th, 2010 at 7:25 am
Dear Tama
It is quite interesting how some of the mass mailers work, isn’t it. And funny enough: once in some catalogs there is no way out and you carry your past with you in form of catalogs and invitations for sales events. Like me… visiting a Mercedes garage once and never again, but still getting their regular mailings.

lol
Dear Andy,
you made my day!
Thanks :)
