I am going to buy a curry from a Local restaraunt tonight and heat it up for Christmas Day lunch. Merry Christmas to all. Apart from some sweets made from dried fruits and nuts, we keep to the traditional dishes, so lots of meat for a week or so. No snow after all, but that is no big problem. I think one of my fist purchases in 2012 will be a Tauer sample set. Too bad they are not on sale locally in Oslo!

Hi There! I did not know you did this until I went to your site very early this morning. I live in Virginia in the united States. I now have L’Air No. 2 . Let me just say that I have been researching it on and off over the past year and never smelled it until receiving it last week. What a special perfume it is and it was worth the wait. I ordered it and it is supposed to be a gift from my 3 kids. I am like a little kid because I opened that beautiful tin and have been spraying it before it has officially been given to me. I think this will always need to be in my collection. Thank you for creating it. I am curious to know how long it was in the making, years? I know that with all that is out there to even make one really great perfume is a extremely difficult. I have made about 25 myself. I only like, not even love about 3. I am totally doing it because I adore perfumes and thought I could do it and start a business. I just don’t think people realize how difficult it is to successfully create one bottle that you feel and it is a feeling, that you are so proud of and want it to have your name on it. It’s incredible really because I am sure you had no idea how well this was going to do. Thank you for your passion and I hope this one will always be around…I need to smell all the others too. Gnocchi are a great idea for Chistmas…as a Black Forest Girl living in Cornwall I try to please both worlds – no turkey then but duckbreast a l’orange tomorrow.And I have to wait another day to open presents as well…Thank you so much for the advent calendar – it’s been very exciting to hear from people all over the world and from you Andy. Merry Christmas, Andy! I love gnocchi (my maiden name is Marruchello). My dad used to always request gnocchi on his birthday and my mom would complain because they were so time-consuming! Did you know gnocchi means knuckle in Italian because you use your knuckles to make them? I hope I win today
Hi Andy, Well the last 24 days have been so much fun. Even without winning any perfume, it has been fun reading your stories and reading what others have to say in response, so it is a real feeling of sharing among your followers. Tonight I will do spinach pasta with four cheese sauce and shrimp, tomorrow morning a nice traditional breakfast and at night turkey with trimmings and a roast beef so there will be lots of leftovers and not much cooking for a few days after:)

Homemade gnocchi sounds delicious. We enjoy some traditional french meals, like oisters and foie gras. Thank you so much for your generosity. It was real fun to participate in this advent calendar.

I once had homemade gnocchi in France. They were delicious. I had them with a tomato based sauce.

I had a very simple dinner today, as I spent the day in Brussels going to a wonderful exhibition on Flemish Miniatures. It was a lovely day, hope you have a very enjoyable few days off!

I love curry. Try this- curry paste and miso paste 2:3, with onion and garlic, cook everything all in milk, yammm..
