SHIPMENT
All orders are shiped within 24 hours from MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY FROM ZURICH, Switzerland,
with the Swiss international priority postal service. Your goods are insured.
Due to delivery, customs and service troubles in the past we do not serve the following markets directly:

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
US and CANADA: 7-14 days
EUROPE: 3-7 days. Exeptions: Eastern Europe countries, such as Ukraine or Rumania. Allow up to 3-5 weeks delivery times.
Near East: 2-3 weeks.
Far East, Australia: 2 weeks.
Japan: 7-10 days
TAXES AND FEES
All orders include local Swiss taxes, shipment insurance, all packaging material and all other local Swiss fees.
You may, depending on your place and country of destination, have to pay local sales and VAT taxes. Please consult your local customs for questions about VAT, customs handling fee and other charges when importing goods from Switzerland.
UNDELIVERABLES, REFERRALS
Undeliverable shipments due to missing address information will not be reimbursed.
Undeliverable shipments with correct shipment address: We will either reimburse you or ship again at no cost to you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment interface is secured by Swiss Postfinance.
We accept Swiss Post finance payment card (Swiss clients only).

RETURN POLICY
For your safety and as we trust our clients: We offer you very flexible return options.
You can cancel your order within two weeks after we have received it. We kindly ask you to return the goods after your cancelation. Tauer reimburses you within 7 days after we have received the goods.
You can return new, unopened items from a canceled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you. You may return your purchased goods without specifying the reasons for the return.
Please make sure not to open or test any fragrance items in case you want to return them. Items should be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unused. All costs for returning goods such as extra taxes or shipment and packaging costs are covered by the buyer of the goods.
Tauer reimburses you the costs of the goods without covering the shipment of the goods to the shipment address provided with your order within 7 days after having received the goods.
